Reserve Member Tickets

As a Chance Member, you have a choice for how to reserve your first ticket to every show that we produce at the Chance. This includes all the shows in our Main Series, TYA Family Series, Holiday Series, and OTR New Play Series. Aside from calling the Membership Hotline (714) 970-0592 or the Box Office (888) 455-4212, you can also make your reservation (and choose your seat) online by reserving directly through our box office system. Read the instructions below, and if you have any questions, please call one of the numbers above or send an email to members@chancetheater.dev. (These instructions can also be found in your Membership Handbook.)

1. Go to the show of your choice at ChanceTheater.com and click on the “Buy Tickets” button.
2. Select your performance date and time.
3. Select your seat(s) and click on “confirm seats.”
4. Enter the email address associated with your primary membership and click on “next”
   NOTE: If this is your first time logging in, the system will prompt you to send yourself a confirmation email to set up your account. See further instructions below.
5. Review your transaction information.
6. Click on “Complete Order” and you should receive an email confirmation shortly.

First Time? No problem!

If this is your first time logging into our box office system, follow these steps to set up a login for our box office system:

1. During Step 4 above, you will be prompted to have a confirmation email sent to you.
2. Log into your email and click on the included link.
3. Setup a password for your account.
4. Confirm your contact information.
5. Click on the “Save and Continue” button to move on and return to purchasing your tickets.
6. Review your transaction information.
7. Click on “Complete Order” and you should receive an email confirmation shortly.
