Membership Benefits

Premium Access to ALL Chance Shows
Get early access to the best seats in the house for every production in our Main, Holiday, TYA Family, and New Play Reading Series.
Starter Members must attend in the first 3 weeks, beginning with Previews.
Unlimited Free Return Visits
Basic Members and above can come back to see any show again and again at no additional cost! Please call the Membership Hotline for return reservations.
NOTE: You can only have one active reservation at a time.
Free Ticket Insurance
To reschedule any reservation, send an email to members@chancetheater.com or call the Member Hotline at (714) 970-0592 at least 24 hours prior to the performance.
NOTE: If you don’t show up for a reserved performance, you lose your “free return visits” benefit for that production and will be charged an exchange fee if you wish to make a new reservation.
Access to Extension Performances
If a production is extended, these performances are included for Bronze level members and above. Discounted upgrade fees are available for Starter & Basic Members at a cost of $15/plays & $20/musicals.
Discounted Guest Tickets
Members receive a special discount, based on their membership level, for additional guest tickets purchased when you attend with your guest.

Reserve Online with ease and security
Members get early access to tickets before they go on sale to the public. The special Member online release dates are listed on the back of this handbook. For instructions, go to www.ChanceTheater.com/reservations or page 6 in this handbook. Bronze Members and above have the added benefit of being able to reserve the entire season in advance via phone or email at any time.
MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE
Since Basic Member levels and above include free return visits, return Member tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the Member.
CAN’T SEE A SHOW? GIFT YOUR TICKET
Not able to attend a show? Contact us to gift your member ticket. This option is available to Basic Members and above. However, this will cancel your ‘free return visits’ benefit for that specific show.
YEARLY COMMITMENT TO THE ARTS
Chance monthly memberships have a non-cancelable Initial Commitment of 12 months and will automatically renew. After the Initial Commitment, members may cancel at anytime without a fee. If canceling during the Initial Commitment, a fee of $80 or the remainder of the membership (whichever is LESS) per membership, will be incurred.
Member Drink Cards

DISCOUNTED (OR FREE!) CONCESSIONS
Basic Members and above receive a Member Drink Card each season. Present this card at The Linda Bar to redeem for one concession item of up to $4 for free or $4 off of any one item above that value.
After redeeming this benefit, the card can still be presented for $1 off of each concession item any time.
Depending on your membership level, you may either redeem this discount once per the run of a show (Basic & Bronze) or once per performance (Silver and Above).
Shows at which card can be used include: Main Series, Holiday Series, OTR Series, TYA Series, and Design Preview Parties
RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Your card must be present at time of purchase. If you do not present the card to the Bartender before payment, we will be unable to process your discount.
If you lose your Member Drink Card, contact the membership hotline or email members@chancetheater.com to order a new drink card at a $5 replacement fee cost.
STARTER MEMBERS
This year, Starter Members will receive a Member Drink Card which will allow them to redeem $1 off of each concession item at any time.

Reserving Member (and guest) Tickets Online
As a Chance Member, you can make each first reservation to any production, as well as choose your own seat(s) — and guest seats — through our online box office. Here’s how:

- Go to ChanceTheater.com and click on the “Buy Tickets” button for the Chance Theater show you want to see.
- Select your performance date and time and choose your and/or your guest’s seat(s).
- Enter the primary email address associated with your Membership and click on “Log In.” (If you would like help logging in for the first time or have issues with your password, call us at (714) 970-0592.)
- Review your transaction information. Your member ticket(s) will be free and your guest discounts will be automatically applied to your order.
- Click on “Complete Order.” Note: Credit card info is required to purchase guest tickets.
