Patterns
Life happens and plans change. When you purchase Ticket Insurance during checkout, you have the freedom to exchange your ticket(s) to a different performance for no additional fee (which is usually $15 per ticket). You also have the option of receiving a full credit in to redeem later for tickets, merchandise, or a donation (no expiration date!). We do not offer refunds, even with the purchase of ticket insurance and Ticket Insurance is not available for PWYC (Pay What You Can) tickets. There will be no exchanges within 24 hours of your performance start time, with or without Ticket Insurance.
All ticket sales are final – no refunds will be issued. Tickets may be exchanged to another date during the same production run, based on the discretion of the box office, and will not be allowed less than 24 hours prior to a performance. An additional fee of $15 per ticket will apply for an exchange plus any difference in the price of tickets. No exchanges or refunds are available for tickets purchased as PWYC (Pay What You Can) tickets.
When you are purchasing tickets to a performance, you will be prompted during checkout if you would like to add Ticket Insurance. Retail Add-On at time of purchase.
Free Ticket Insurance! To reschedule any reservation, send an email to members@chancetheater.dev or call the Member Hotline at least 48 hours prior to the performance. Please note: If you don’t show up for a reserved performance, you lose your “free return visits” benefit for that production run and will be charged an exchange fee to make a new reservation.
Call the box office at (888) 455-4212 to exchange or request a refund or email info@chancetheater.dev. Box Office hours are 12-3 p.m., Monday through Friday and in-person 30 minutes prior to a performance or over the phone 1 hour prior to each performance.
Ticket insurance would allow you to exchange your tickets to a different day or receive a refund. If you have not purchased ticket insurance, exchange for $15 per ticket, give the tickets to a friend, or contact us to convert your ticket into a donation to Chance Theater, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
To cause the fewest disruptions, patrons who have not entered the theater prior to the end of the curtain speech will be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate break in the performance for the benefit of other audience members and the performers. Latecomers, and patrons who leave the theater anytime during the performance, may be assisted to alternate seats by the House Manager at an appropriate time and may then take their assigned seats at intermission.
Please double-check the date and curtain time for your performance, there will be no exchanges or refunds after the performance start time with or without Ticket Insurance.
